Who We Are
These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Green System Solutions Ltd (company number 14629668), registered in England & Wales, of 50 Yeoman Meadow, Northampton, NN4 9YX (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you (“the customer”) agree to be bound by these terms.
Scope of Services
We supply and install solar panel systems, battery storage, heat pumps, and EV charging equipment for domestic and, where agreed, commercial properties. The exact scope of work for your project will be confirmed in writing as part of your individual quote before any work begins.
Quotes and Delivery of Work
Quotes are provided following a site survey and are valid for the period stated on the quote itself. Installation dates are agreed in advance and, while we make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timescales, dates may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, supply availability, or third-party approvals (for example, Distribution Network Operator consent).
Guarantees and Complaints
Installation work is covered by a workmanship guarantee, and individual components (panels, inverters, batteries, heat pumps, chargers) are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranties, details of which are provided as part of your quote and installation paperwork. Limitation of Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill, in line with relevant industry standards (including MCS requirements where applicable). Except where required by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value of the contract for the relevant work. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
